General

Review these Terms of Service (“Agreement”) thoroughly. This Agreement is a legal agreement between the User and Waqin. By accepting electronically (for example, clicking “I Agree”), installing, accessing or using the Services, User agrees to these terms. If the User does not agree to this Agreement, then he/she may not use the Services. This License Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the INDIA.

Modification of terms & conditions

These terms may be updated from time to time in the future. The User should agree to review our Terms and Conditions regularly by visiting this page. Continued access to or use of the service will mean that the User agrees to the change.

When This Privacy Statement Applies

Its liability to the User is limited to those who have downloaded the Waqin application by clicking on the “I Agree/Login” button for Terms and Conditions.

Terms and Description of Services

We provide an array of services including Inventory management, Invoicing, Reporting tool, Estimate/CRM, Product Catalogue creation, Marketing material creation and publish in social media and so on to serve as a complete business management software (“Service” or “Services”). The User may use the Services for his/her personal and business use or for internal business purpose in the organization that he/she represent. The User may download the application from the Official website/ Google Play Store using the Internet. A User can create and add content to his/her account staying online. The User is responsible for obtaining access to the Internet and the device necessary to use the Services. ( Side Note: Waqin tries its best to make Businesses compliant to taxation and other laws as much as possible. But, it is solely the User’s responsibility to see that he/she remains compliant with GST and other laws levied by Government. Waqin is not in any case responsible for the violation of the compliance caused by software) For the software subscription services purchased on Waqin, the validity of the license period shall commence on or before 60 days since the date of purchase. Waqin reserves all rights to increase or reduce this grace period

Business Data and Privacy

The User alone is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her username, password and other sensitive information. He/She is responsible for all activities that occur in his/her user account and he/she agrees to inform us immediately of any unauthorized use of their user account by email to help@adeptek.co.in or by calling us on any of the numbers listed on http://adeptek.co.in/#contact. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to his/her or to any third party incurred as a result of any unauthorized access and/or use of his/her user account, or otherwise. We are neither responsible for any kind of data loss as performing necessary backups on data is solely the User’s responsibility. Waqin is not responsible for any kind of data discrepancy or any type of loss occured due to data discrepancy/software issue.

Data Ownership

The User owns the content created or stored by his/her as we respect his/her right to ownership of content created or stored by them. The Users use of the Services does grant Waqin the license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish or distribute the content created by them or stored in the user’s account for Waqin internal purpose. Waqin tries keeping Users data safe but holds zero responsibility in case of data leaks.

Permissions We Request and Why

Our app provides a complete business solution with integrated CRM, Billing, and Inventory modules. To ensure smooth and effective functionality across all modules, we request access to certain device permissions.

These permissions support essential features such as managing customer records, attaching reference files during billing, and handling product and stock-related operations.

We strictly collect only the minimum data required for these features and do not share or sell any personal data to third parties.

  1. Contacts (READ_CONTACTS, WRITE_CONTACTS)
    • Purpose: To allow or access to your contacts or to view, add, or manage client contact information within the CRM dashboard, for which we accessing the READ CONTACTS permission so that users can access all the contacts inside the app to manage them for CRM purposes. By, using WRITE CONTACT permission our user is allowed to make any changes in for example say: “Someone want to alter the name of any existing contact he/she can change it” with help of this permission. 
    • Usage: The app reads contacts to display customer information and allows you to add new leads or update details that is essential for fulfilling the CRM needs. 
    • User Control: We allow a desirable control to the users only if they “click to allow” the permissions only then it will work. If they choose “not to allow” then it will restrict the features of our app and won’t display any contact information also.
  2. Location (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION, ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION)
    • Purpose: To capture the precise location of a business when the business owner or tenant uploads images of their premises. This helps ensure accurate geotagging for business verification and future location-based features such as route planning or customer reachability.
    • Usage: Location is accessed only during the image upload process by business owners/tenants to tag the business’s physical location. It is not used continuously or in the background.
  3. Camera and Media (CAMERA, READ_MEDIA_IMAGES)
    • Purpose: To allow users to upload images for products, services, marketing templates, and billing references.
    • Usage: Access is used only when uploading media manually. The app does not access photos or use the camera in the background.
  4. Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS)
    • Purpose: To send you important alerts about new tasks, reminders, or updates from your account.
    • Usage: You can manage notification preferences from within the app settings.
  5. Advertising ID (com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID)
    • Purpose: Used to support internal analytics and improve app performance. We do not show third-party ads.

Data Security & Storage

  1. Encrypted in transit and at rest.
  2. Not shared with third parties without your explicit consent. We, value the user’s privacy and the data privacy of the users as well it matters to us very much as we understand the cases of frauds. But by keeping all the data secure and safe without sharing it with any other third parties we ensure complete safety of user’s data privacy.  
  3. Stored only for the duration necessary to provide the service. To boost or enhance the users trust we don’t save the potential data of our customers/users for very long time it is with us only for sometime as we don’t hold any data for long while. 

Refund, Cancellation, and Renewal Policies:

  1. Eligibility for Full Refund: Customers who submit a refund request via email or through our website within 7 days from the date of purchase will be eligible for a 100% refund.
  2. Method for Requesting Refunds: To initiate a refund, please submit your request through email or via our website.
  3. Other Refund Policies for Purchases: Our refund policy applies exclusively to purchases with a duration of one year or longer.
  4. Non-Refundable Convenience Fees: Please note that convenience fees are non-refundable in the event of a license cancellation.
  5. Manual Renewal Process: Our system does not automatically renew licenses. For continued service, customers are required to manually renew their license at the end of their validity.
  6. Once the refund is approved, it will be processed within 15 to 16 working days and credited to the original payment method within 15 to 16 working days.”

END OF TERMS OF SERVICE

By using our app and granting permissions, you consent to the use of these permissions strictly for the purposes mentioned above. You can withdraw your consent anytime by disabling permissions in your device settings.
